Now, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Associate who can think strategically, execute organically, and help build Storepecker’s voice, trust, and presence from the ground up.
This role is not for someone who only knows how to set up ads and wait for results.

You’ll own organic growth initiatives—content, SEO, community, and campaigns that educate, engage, and convert users over time. You’ll work closely with founders and product teams to turn real product moments into marketing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Organic Growth & Content Strategy
Plan and execute content-led growth initiatives across blogs, social media, and community platforms.
Create content that educates entrepreneurs on building, launching, and scaling online stores.
Identify organic growth opportunities tied to product milestones, feature launches, and user success stories.
SEO (Practical, Not Just Theoretical)
Drive search visibility through intent-based content, on-page SEO, and internal linking.
Work closely with product and content teams to improve discoverability.
Track keyword performance and continuously refine content strategy.
Social Media & Community Building
Manage and grow Storepecker’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube.
Build conversations—not just posts—around the brand.
Encourage and amplify user-generated content, founder-led content, and community engagement.
Campaigns & Product Marketing (Organic-First)
Design and execute creative campaigns such as incentive programs, challenges, launch campaigns, and collaborations.
Translate product features into relatable, benefit-driven messaging.
Lead initiatives like webinars, workshops, case studies, and success stories.
Creative Collaboration
Work closely with designers to create simple, impactful creatives and videos.
Simplify technical SaaS concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
Performance & Learning
Track what’s working (and what’s not) across organic channels.
Use insights to improve content, campaigns, and messaging.
Experiment, iterate, and document learnings.
Startup Ownership
Take initiative, test ideas, and move fast.
Be comfortable wearing multiple hats and solving problems without waiting for instructions.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, especially in content, SEO, and organic campaigns.
Strong interest in SaaS, startups, and e-commerce.
Someone who thinks in systems, funnels, and user journeys, not just posts and promotions.
Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and native social insights.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
Curious, proactive, and excited to experiment and learn.
Bonus (Not Mandatory)
Experience with community building, UGC campaigns, or product-led growth initiatives.
